Mahloe is an Australian Jewellery company specialising in Sterling Silver products. We aim to Combine beauty with functionality, we love seeing our carefree and natural image promoted through our beautiful customers.

We saw the need for a jewellery brand that combined the active lifestyle of ocean loving girls with quality products and designs.

Mahloe aims to set girls apart while making them feel and look amazing.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Mahloe will accept any clean, unworn items of full price for exchange or a Store credit. To exchange an item please contact HELLO@MAHLOE.COM

No refunds on sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Hygiene Regulations and Health Laws, we are unable to exchange/refund earrings. So please choose wisely.

The return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. Return or exchange of items are only accepted within 8 days of customer receiving the item.

SHIPPING 

Please ensure you provide us with a safe and secure shipping address as all parcels are left without a signature. If you provide us with the incorrect address you are liable to pay a additional shipping fee to have your order reposted. Mahloe designs is not liable for your parcel once we have provided you with a tracked shipping number.

WARRANTY

Mahloe will accept any unworn, unscratched and clean items of full price for exchange or credit. Items must be returned in original packaging. Sale items can not be exchanged so please choose your purchase carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Return or exchange is only accepted within 10 days of customer receiving the item and notifying Mahloe Designs via email.

Jewellery purchased from Mahloe Designs online store comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection.
Refunds will only be processed if the item has been deemed faulty once inspected by our jeweller. All customers must provide their order number or stockist receipt to be eligible for these terms and conditions.

All gold-plated jewellery should be treated carefully when meeting strong chemicals, spas, cleaning products perfumes and creams. Please refer to our online care guide https://www.mahloe.com/care-guide or contact us if you have any questions regarding care or more specific material details.

There is no warranty on any Sample Sale Items as per item descriptions.

There is no 6-month warranty on any samples.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED GOODS

Please note that our warranty only covers items that are deemed to be faulty. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage or breakages. Any item that is broken or faulty will need to be sent back to the returns address with a completed returns form. ( please note any items that are sent back without a returns form will not be processed) The item will then be assessed by a our jeweller and it will be determined whether it was accidental customer damage or there was a manufacturing fault. The warranty will cover a manufacturing fault where the item will be repaired or replaced. Any other signs of accidental damaged or breakage, caused by the customer from the date of purchase is not covered by warranty.

We accept returns for all full price items for an Online Credit Gift Card or Size Exchange*

Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order

Items must be returned in their original condition including all packaging

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection
